Jennifer Wallenstein, founder and owner of September Workshop, is a young American designer based in Los Angeles.
Jennifer is continually inspired by the natural and architectural diversity of her home state. That, in combination with her love of travel and enthusiasm for exploration, informs her creative eye.
Equal parts right- and left-brained, Jennifer loves to create and design but sweats the details in order to hand over a space to her clients on time and on budget. While she is fluent in a wide range of styles and no two September Workshop projects are exactly the same, each design is infused with her impassioned approach to California living.
Jennifer received her degree in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in Downtown LA and immediately went to work for some of the top firms in the city, where she was quickly promoted to lead project manager on all residential and commercial projects. Previously, she worked in strategic communications for political and cause-based media campaigns. She graduated from Boston University with a major in International Relations and a minor in Philosophy.
